It's definitely true, Kelly appears in Peter's Music Video for his new single 'Still I long for your kiss'.
Peter was on 'Live with Regis & Kelly' today and Kelly Ripa brought up the video. Peter said the video was produced by his wife Paula and after it was shot she said,
"It's missing something. The Girl, and I know just who that should be. Kelly Rowan." So they brought Kelly, shot her and added her in.
